Did you know that your blood is 80 percent water, the human brain is 95 percent water, the lungs are composed of nearly 90 percent water!

I like to add 1-3 drops of a citrus oil (lemon, grapefruit, or tangerine) to my water to support the function of the digestive system, the vital organs (liver and colon) and peristalsis, helping to minimize the toxic load on the body.
